Acupuncture
A therapy that uses extremely fine sterile needles to stimulate specific acupoints on the body to help relieve symptoms and improve function by regulating the nervous system and body functions. It is one of the most widely used Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques with the most abundant international research evidence.
Moxibustion
The therapy uses warm fumigation and roasting of mugwort near acupuncture points to improve local circulation and warm and unblock the meridians through warm stimulation. It is often used to regulate cold dampness, cold constitution and joint and muscle discomfort, and is often used in conjunction with acupuncture.
Tuina
A kind of professional manual massage therapy. The therapist uses the palms and fingers to act on muscles, fascia and joints to help relieve muscle tension, improve joint mobility, and promote functional recovery. The treatment process is comfortable and relaxing.
Cupping
The therapy uses cups and jars to form negative pressure adsorption on the skin surface, which can promote local microcirculation and relieve muscle tension. It is often used for auxiliary conditioning of the neck, shoulders, lower back and other parts.
Gua Sha
The therapy of standard scraping on the skin surface with a smooth scraper can promote local blood circulation and relieve muscle tension. It can be used as part of comprehensive conditioning.
Chinese medicinal bath
This therapy uses Chinese herbal decoction for whole body or partial bathing. It uses medicinal and warming effects to promote circulation and soothe the body. It is often used as an auxiliary treatment for skin problems and chronic discomfort.
Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment
Individualized prescriptions based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment can be taken internally (decoctions, granules) or externally (medicated baths, external applications). By regulating the overall functions of the body, symptoms and overall health can be improved.
