The website provides general information, medical-travel preparation and non-clinical coordination information. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment advice, suitability assessments, clinical consent or outcome guarantees. Content cannot replace an individualized assessment by a qualified treating professional. The limits of paid online consultation are described in A01; the final position depends on examination and assessment by the receiving institution.

Do not make medical, travel, legal, financial or insurance decisions based only on general website information. Consult qualified doctors for medical decisions and official sources for visa and entry requirements. Seek appropriate professional advice on contracts, tax, insurance and payment.

2. CMT Health is not an emergency service

The website, forms, chat, WhatsApp, email and coordination team do not provide emergency medical care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. In mainland China, call 120, subject to current local guidance.

3. Clinical responsibility and independent providers

The treating hospital and qualified doctors independently handle clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, informed consent, procedures, medication and patient safety. Within the agreed scope, CMT Health handles information organization, communication, language and practical travel coordination, and does not replace the hospital or doctor. Informal comments by CMT Health staff are not clinical guidance.

A hospital or doctor listing does not by itself indicate a formal partnership, recommendation, ranking, agency or guarantee. No disclaimer excludes CMT Health liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, breach of statutory duties or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

4. No guarantee of admission or outcomes

Website content, customer communications, hospital or doctor information and patient stories do not guarantee:

• Hospital acceptance, doctor availability or bed availability.
• That a treatment is suitable for a particular person.
• Cure, effectiveness, recovery time, absence of complications or no further treatment.
• Examination results, length of stay or the final treatment plan.
• Continued availability of a particular product, medicine or technology.
• That an online doctor opinion is final; the final conclusion depends on examination and assessment at the receiving institution.

5. Patient stories and cases

Patient stories, videos, fee examples and recovery experiences describe particular cases and do not predict another patient’s result. Publication requires valid authorization, de-identification and medical and privacy review. Withdrawn, expired or inaccurate content should be removed.
