Cookie Policy
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs and embedded scripts. They may support sessions, security, saved choices, usage measurement or third-party services.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Consent | Purpose | Current plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Usually not required, but disclosed | Sessions, security, language and essential functions | Hydrogen sessions and essential infrastructure |
| Preferences | Depends on region and function | Language or display choices | Pending production inventory |
| Analytics | Consent where required | Aggregate and de-identified usage | Direct GA4 and Hydrogen analytics behind consent gates |
| Chat and booking embeds | Based on provider and regional rules | HubSpot Chat or Meetings | Requires script and cookie audit |
| Marketing and advertising | Usually separate consent | Attribution, audiences and cross-site tracking | Not enabled by default |
The production cookie inventory must be completed from browser storage, network requests and third-party script audits. Products must not be used to guess cookie names or retention.
3. Your choices
On first visit you may choose essential only, accept all or manage settings. Refusing non-essential cookies should not block public pages or basic contact requests, although some chat, calendar or video features may require separate activation. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer.
4. Third-party services
When enabled, GA4, Shopify Hydrogen analytics, HubSpot Chat, HubSpot Meetings and other embeds may read technical data under their own policies. We will link the policies of currently enabled providers and explain the available choices. Third-party cookie disputes should be raised with the relevant provider.
5. Updates and contact
We update the inventory when cookies, tags or providers change. Questions: care@cmedtrip.com.
