Do I need to submit medical records for the first consultation?
No. Just tell us whereyou'refrom, what you'dlike to know, and your preferred language. If a hospital later needs information for assessment, your coordinator will explain what to prepare and howtosubmititsecurely.
Will CMT Health directly provide a diagnosis or treatment plan?
No. CMT Health organizes and translatesyour documents, contacts hospitals, and coordinatesyourtrip. Diagnosis, treatment, and medicalrisks remain with the hospital and its doctors.
How are fees paid, and who receives payment?
Hospitals charge medical fees; CMT Health charges a separate service fee. Before yourtrip, weconfirm in writing what you pay and to whom. Final amounts follow the service agreement, hospital bills, and actual third-party charges.
Can you guarantee hospital acceptance, visa approval, or a treatment result?
No. Hospitals decide acceptance and treatment timing; the relevant authorities decide visas; outcomes vary by individual. CMT Health helps prepare documents and coordinate arrangements, but cannot guarantee any of these results.
What happens if the travel or care arrangement changes?
Doctors' opinions, test results, hospital availability, or flight changes can affect your itinerary. If anything changes, your coordinator will contact you and help adjust hospital appointments, transport, accommodation, and laterplans. Change/cancellation fees follow the hospital's, airline's, and hotel's policies.
