Treatment Plan
- 01
Step One: Comprehensive Assessment
Establish a health baseline from the five levels of disease, function, intrinsic ability, living environment and personal goals, first deal with acute risks, and then determine long-term goals that can be improved and maintained. Assess as necessary: health history and personal goals, comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA), intrinsic capacity assessment (Intrinsic Capacity), frailty, sarcopenia and fall risk, cognition, mood and sleep, examination and safety stratification.
- 02
Step Two: Multidisciplinary Joint Assessment
It depends on the situation. The case can be jointly evaluated by geriatrics, cardiovascular/endocrinology and other specialties, rehabilitation and sports medicine, nutrition, clinical pharmacy, neuropsychology and sensory specialists.
- 03
Step Three: Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis, Treatment And Conditioning
After completing the remote data pre-review, comprehensive geriatric assessment, and functional, cognitive, and nutritional examinations, the MDT will determine personal priority goals and formulate an exercise, nutrition, medication, and comprehensive physical and mental intervention plan. The first phase is usually designed to last 4–8 weeks and is adjusted based on re-evaluation results.

Frequently asked questions
Does macrobiotic medicine guarantee a longer life?
We do not promise to extend your life. Through comprehensive geriatric assessment and a multidisciplinary team, we will help you set a more pragmatic goal: an individualized plan to maintain health and functional independence as long as possible.
How is it different from a regular physical exam?
The physical examination looks at the indicators, and a single subject looks at a system. Comprehensive geriatric assessment will systematically evaluate your daily activity ability, degree of frailty, risk of falls, cognition and emotion, and multiple medication use, and a multidisciplinary team will coordinate the plan to avoid conflicts between treatments from various disciplines.
What kind of improvement can I see after receiving treatment?
Specific improvements vary from person to person, but common ones include: improved gait speed and balance, fewer falls, streamlined medication use, improved sleep and mood, and easier daily activities. We do not promise to "rejuvenate our youth". Every improvement will be based on evaluation data and can be tracked and verified.
Who is this service suitable for?
People who are middle-aged or older, feel that their physical strength or memory is not as good as before, have chronic diseases or take multiple medications, and those who want to manage the risks of aging in advance. It’s not about waiting until you can’t walk anymore, but maintaining it while its function is still good.
