How It Works
From pre-travel consultations to on-site support and post-return follow-up, CMT Health supports you throughout your care journey.
Provide your contact details, and a care coordinator will contact you within 24–48 hours.
We first learn about your condition and needs, then help organize your medical records, translate documents, and arrange an online consultation if needed. Once the hospitals provide written opinions, you can compare them and decide whether to proceed and which hospital to choose.

Once you confirm the treatment and hospital, we sign the service agreement and authorization documents, then coordinate your trip—visa assistance, entry documents, flights, and accommodation.

Upon arrival in China, we will coordinate airport or station pickup, local transportation, and hotel check-in according to your confirmed itinerary, then reconfirm your appointments and other arrangements. Your care coordinator will also help complete any outstanding service documents.

Based on the hospital-confirmed schedule, we’ll coordinate your visit in advance. A coordinator will accompany you through arrival, registration, admission, and examinations, assist with hospital procedures, and provide interpreting. Simply follow the hospital’s and coordinator’s instructions; we’ll handle the logistics.

After treatment, we help check your discharge documents, medication instructions, and follow-up schedule. Once you return home, your care coordinator will stay in touch, help transfer medical records, coordinate follow-up appointments, and track any outstanding matters.
